Fees are determined based on the value of therapy and take into account the usual and customary charges of other clinicians in the area.

I currently accept the Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO insurance plan. I am happy to bill BCBS directly. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles associated with your plan.

Many insurance plans provide for out-of-network benefits for Mental/Behavioral Health services that you can access for partial reimbursement. You will need to contact your insurance company directly to confirm reimbursement rates. If you wish, I can provide a receipt, which contains the information necessary to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Cash, check are major credit cards are accepted for payment. Credit card payments are accepted through the Square Cash app. Payment is due that the beginning of each scheduled session.

If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment or have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance of your session that you wish to cancel, you will be required to pay 50% of the cost of the session.
